Head of Real Estate and Property Development
Role Summary
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager - Real Estate & Property Development. This is a high-octane executive role for a self-starting leader. You will take full ownership of our property pipeline, launch new projects, and turn company visions into concrete results with high autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Expansion: Spearhead, launch, and manage multiple new real estate and property development projects from inception to completion.
- KPI Delivery: Meet and exceed corporate key performance indicators (KPIs), driving profitability, speed-to-market, and quality standards.
- Strategic Leadership: Execute the company's long-term vision with minimal supervision, making critical operational decisions independently.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Utilize your outgoing personality to negotiate with landowners, brief investors, manage contractors, and navigate government approvals.
- Crisis & Pressure Management: Solve complex, fast-moving problems daily while maintaining team morale and project timelines.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Real Estate Development, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial or executive capacity.
- Proven experience handling multiple construction or land development projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of property laws.
