Head of Sales

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5-10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Experience in non-woven manufacturing, medical consumables, healthcare products, packaging, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in managing B2B, distributor, dealer, institutional, and key account sales channels.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition targets.
- Knowledge of non-woven medical products, healthcare consumables, and non-woven bag products.
- Understanding of market trends, industry regulations, competitor analysis, and customer requirements.
- Experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance management tools.
- Experience in government tenders, hospital sector sales, and corporate accounts is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Expand market presence for non-woven medical products and non-woven bags.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in healthcare, retail, manufacturing, corporate, and export sectors.
- Manage key customer relationships, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, field team itinerary planning, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy customer accounts.
