Sales Manager at Externalize BPO

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales or BPO (Sales).
• Strong English communication and closing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-drive.
• Comfortable working with targets and incentives.
• Non-Negotiable: Fluent in English OR French.

Salary/Benefits

• OTE (On Target Earnings) LKR 120,000/month OR minimum 50%.
• Unlimited Commissions paid in $$ Dollars.

• Night Shift: 7:30 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.
