Role Summary

Lanka Hospitals Group, Sri Lanka's leading private healthcare provider, invites applications from an accomplished and results-driven sales leader to join its senior management team as Group Head of Sales. This strategic role will drive sustainable revenue growth across the Group's Hospital and Laboratory businesses through innovative sales strategies, strategic partnerships, and commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's integrated sales strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth across Hospital and Laboratory services.
• Lead and inspire high-performing Hospital and laboratory sales teams to consistently exceed business targets.
• Drive strategic partnerships with corporates, insurance providers, embassies, government institutions, healthcare networks, consultants and referral partners.
• Expand corporate healthcare Programmes, patient acquisition initiatives and laboratory referral networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market leadership.
• Present strategic sales performance reports, forecasts and commercial initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline. A master's degree or MBA will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or healthcare-related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
