Senior Lead - Vendor Development & Marketing

Role Summary

The selected candidate will play the crucial role in selecting, integrating, and managing vendors on the Quickee marketplace, ensuring a diverse and reliable product offering for customers while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Evaluation: Assessing potential vendors based on predefined criteria such as product quality, pricing, delivery capabilities, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Onboarding Process: Developing and implementing a streamlined onboarding process including documentation and contracts, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, acting as a primary point of contact, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Compliance and Legal: Ensuring vendor compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies; collaborating with legal teams on contracts.
• Training and Support: Providing guidance on platform tools and systems to maximize vendor performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking metrics such as sales and customer reviews; working with vendors to enhance performance through marketing and campaigns.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolving conflicts between vendors and the platform to maintain positive relationships.
• Market Research: Analyzing competitors and industry trends to identify potential vendors that align with strategic goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborating with internal teams to implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Self-motivated and dedicated team player with a great attitude, passion, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work with integrity and under pressure while meeting deadlines.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar industry.
