High-Net-Worth Donor Relations Specialist
Role Summary
Greenpeace South Asia is seeking a highly driven, value-oriented professional for a frontline revenue-generating position. The Fundraising Officer (HNI & UHNI) will play a critical role in mobilizing financial and strategic support by engaging high-net-worth individuals, private donors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-level fundraising strategies targeting high-net-worth individuals and diverse donor segments.
- Manage the full fundraising lifecycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong donor relationships, driving acquisition and retention.
- Lead engagement through events, digital platforms, and strategic outreach.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and communications while collaborating with programme teams.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in international development, fundraising, or stakeholder-facing roles.
- Strong track record in donor engagement and high-value relationship management.
- Solid understanding of environmental and social justice issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and analytically strong.
- Strong digital literacy.
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil (additional regional language skills are an advantage).
