Telesales Representative – Hindi Language Speaker

Role Summary

Responsible for generating quality calls to potential and existing customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers and offer the products and services of the company
• Answer questions or concerns the customers may have
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and close sales
• Document the calls, sales, and other useful customer information into the database
• Keep up to date on the trends related to the products and services
• Perform all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head

Requirements

• Academic qualifications of at least a Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 1 year or above of working experience in sales and marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Good communication skills, active listening, stress resistance, and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media applications, and other programming used for presentation and marketing
• Native Hindi Language speaker and has above average English Language skills
