We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Hospital Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the efficient operations of our newly established state-of-the-art Eye and ENT Hospital in Badulla. The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in patient care while driving operational effectiveness and contributing to the overall growth and long-term success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all hospital operations, departments, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance.
• Lead, motivate, and guide staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
