Role Summary

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Production Manager: Plan, supervise, and optimize production of confectionery products. Requires Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology/Science/Industrial Engineering and 5–8 years' experience in a manufacturing environment. HACCP/GMP knowledge essential.
- Production Supervisor: Supervise daily operations to ensure targets and quality standards are met. Requires 3+ years of experience.
- Logistics Executive: Manage end-to-end logistics, inventory, and dispatch. Requires 3+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Production Helpers: Assist in raw material handling, machine operations, and cleaning. Requires secondary education and 1–2 years' experience in food/FMCG production.
- Accountants: Manage financial transactions, payroll, and reporting. Requires Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance and 3–5 years' experience in manufacturing/FMCG.
- Clerical Staff: Provide administrative support, data entry, and documentation. Requires 1–3 years' experience and strong MS Office skills.
