Role Summary

Uga Ghiri – Ella is seeking a Hostess to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing table reservations, and providing a friendly and professional impression while ensuring a smooth dining experience and exceptional service.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
• Operational Knowledge: Should possess excellent skills in guest relations, reservation handling, table management, and service coordination, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to create welcoming guest experiences, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality and attentive service.
• Organizational Skills: A structured and proactive professional who effectively prioritizes tasks, maintains quality standards, and supports seamless guest service delivery.
• Professional Qualifications: A Diploma or Professional Qualification in Hotel Management or a related field.
