Accounts Assistant (Based in Mandara Resort Hotel - Mirissa)

• Passed G.C.E. A/L in the Commerce stream.
• Part-qualification in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or CA.
• 1+ years of experience in general accounting, basic bookkeeping, and Excel.

Demi Chef de Partie (Based in Mandara Resort Hotel - Mirissa)

• NVQ Level 4 or Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognized hotel school.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position within a commercial or hotel kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety (HACCP), menu execution, and kitchen station management.

Receptionists (Based in Mandara Resort Hotel - Mirissa)

• Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Operations / Hotel Management.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
• 1–2 years of experience handling hotel PMS software, guest relations, and check-in/check-out operations.
