• F&B TRAINEE

We are seeking a dedicated staff members with a proven track record in the hotels industry to assist to over the hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Job responsibilities – GSO/GSE

• manage all aspects of the front office, including reception, guest services, Reservations
• Involve to Daily operations, including check in – check out, room assignments and bill settlements.
• Collaborate with other departments (HK/F&B/MK/MT/Security/Admin) to insure a seamless guest experience

Requirements -

• Age below 40 years. (GSO/GSE & MT)
• Diploma qualification or Certificate in relevant field.
• Minimum 02 years and above experience in similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (GSO/GSE position)
• Good knowledge of MS office applications & PMS. –(HSO/GSE Position)
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
• Problem solving skills and proactive approach to addressing client needs.
• Selected candidate should be based in Sigiriya.

Salary/Benefits:

• Salary is negotiable and Sc will be paid to the right candidate.
