Role Summary

Tree Trails Sigiriya is a boutique hotel in the heart of Sigiriya, dedicated to providing warm hospitality and personalized guest care in a peaceful, nature-surrounded environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to high standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are well-presented and ready for guest arrival.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Assist in laundry operations when required.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the swimming pool area.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in housekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication skills in English.
