Accountant – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Part or fully qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Previous experience in the Hotel/Hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
- Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Banquet & Sales Executive
- Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Sales & Marketing.
- 1–2 years' experience in hotel/banquet sales.
- Experience in handling weddings, events & functions.
- Good sales, communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality and ability to work under pressure.
- English & Sinhala proficiency required.
