1. RESIDENCES MANAGER - MALE

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or supervisory position in a luxury hotel, resort, or service industry.
• Previous experience in residence/resort operations, guest relations, and property management will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel/reservation systems will be an added advantage.

2. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER - MALE

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a reputed hotel or luxury resort.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager will be preferred.
• Sound knowledge of check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, guest relations, and front office management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.

3. SALES EXECUTIVE - (MALE / FEMALE)

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the hotel, resort, travel, or tourism industry.
• Experience in hotel/resort sales, corporate sales, travel-agent relationships, and group bookings will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of the Sri Lankan tourism and hospitality market will be an advantage.
• Good command of English; knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
