Role Summary

Ishq Luxury Villas is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Attendant who thrives on providing exceptional service to join our team at Ishq Digana in Kandy.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Keep all public areas tidy and set up according to standards.
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the property.
• Manage stock of cleaning supplies, linen, and uniforms.
• Manage and oversee laundry operations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel amenities.
• Support all departments to meet guest needs.
• Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
• Remain well-groomed and perform duties with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
• Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene.

Requirements

• At least 2 or 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of working in boutique hotels or villas.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Commitment to a high level of customer service.
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Ability to communicate in English.
