Assistant Manager - Housekeeping

Role Summary

Singhe Hospitals PLC is a BOI approved fully-fledged private hospital in Sabaragamuwa Province. We are seeking a creative, innovative, knowledgeable, experienced, and dynamic individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure maintaining of high standard cleaning, laundry & housekeeping service.
• Maintaining an adequate stock of Cleaning items, Chemicals & Linens.
• Supervise & coordinate daily housekeeping & cleaning operations.
• Investigation of customer complaints & taking necessary actions.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest issues professionally.
• Age between 30 - 50 years.
• Preference will be given to those who are within close proximity to Ratnapura.
