HR Advisory (People & Change) is the Human Resource Management Consultancy Services Practice of KPMG in Sri Lanka, member firm of KPMG International (hereinafter referred to as 'KPMG'). We provide a wide range of HR Consultancy Services in transforming Human Resources into strategic value of competitive advantage for the benefit of our clients across the Industrial and Sectors Services.

This role goes beyond traditional HR operations, focusing on the analysis of industry compensation trends and the development of high-quality remuneration insights and reports that support clients in making informed decisions on pay structures, market positioning, and reward strategies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Economics, Human Resources, Physical Science or any other related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and numerical skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills in English.
• Prudence and common sense and attention to detail in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Consistent approach to work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude with a love for learning.
• Proven networking, team building, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrates openness to change, fine attitude of professionalism and ability to manage complexities.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience.
• Exposure to or experience in Compensation and Benefits would be considered an advantage but is not a mandatory requirement.
