HR & Admin Executive (Full Time - Part Time)

About Us

We are a small but growing garment manufacturing business based in Kadawatha, with two years of operations behind us. We produce clothing items to many leading retail outlets across Sri Lanka. Our team of 15 including machine operators, cutters, ironers, and delivery staff is the backbone of everything we do. As we scale, we're looking for someone to build our HR and administrative function from the ground up... not just maintain a system, but create one.

Requirement

• A fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate (HR, Business Management, or related field preferred)
• Flexibility in work arrangements; a part-time role is available.
• Someone based in or willing to work from Kadawatha
• Highly reliable and trustworthy; you'll often be the senior-most person on-site
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both people and paperwork
• Genuinely interested in being part of building a business, not just doing a job
• Good communication skills (Sinhala/English); comfortable engaging with factory floor staff as well as external vendors
• Salary 50K - 70K (Negotiable)
