Management Trainee (HR & Finance)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Finance

  • Assist with day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
  • Support invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Support employee engagement and HR administrative tasks.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous internship or training experience in HR or Finance will be an added advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies: Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), good organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Salary/Benefits
