Requirements
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Administration, and HR Business Partnering.
- Prior experience in a BPM, BPO, Shared Services, Financial Services, or corporate environment would be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPM will be an added advantage.
- Experience independently managing HR activities for a branch, regional office, delivery center, or business unit is highly desirable.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment, campus hiring, and employer branding initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities to build high-performing teams.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and workforce requirements.
- Build strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, professional bodies, and community stakeholders to strengthen regional talent pipelines.
- Organize career fairs, campus recruitment programs, employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities, attendance, leave administration, HR documentation, and policy implementation.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and culture-building initiatives to create an exceptional employee experience.
- Act as the primary HR partner for the Kurunegala site, supporting employees and business leaders on all people-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and employee counselling.
- Partner with operational leaders on workforce planning and manpower requirements to support business growth.
- Coordinate local HR administration while working closely with the Head Office HR team to ensure consistency, compliance, and governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support administration-related activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the Kurunegala delivery center.
