HR Executive

Role Summary

The Colombo Ice Company (Pvt) Ltd (CICL), a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC, is seeking an Executive Human Resources for their Supply Chain division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: Coordinate daily manpower requirements, monitor attendance/overtime, verify invoices, conduct induction programs, and manage medical examinations.
• HR Administration: Process POs and SRNs, manage mobile phone allocations, prepare cost reports, reconcile meal counts, and maintain employee files and statutory records.
• General HR Operations: Coordinate internship onboarding, support internal audits, prepare HR reports, organize employee engagement activities, and support HR projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. or HR-related professional qualification (PQHRM / CQHRM).
• 1-2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an FMCG company.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
