Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to join our team as Executive - Human Resources. This pivotal role is ideal for an individual with a strong passion for driving people-related initiatives and pursuing a career in HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance, coordinating staff, and contributing to the sustainable development of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end payroll management process in liaison with the external payroll service provider and the HHR, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Support disciplinary matters and employee-related legal cases in consultation with the HHR, company Legal Officer and Company legal consultants, to ensure the due process, consistency, and compliance.
• Assist the HR in Performance Analysis, continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity.
• Coordinate HRD function including Performance Management, learning and development activities.
• Provide analytical and administrative support for HR projects, audits, and management reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Management/ HR/ Statistics/ IT or a related discipline from a UGC approved/ recognized university is mandatory.
• A recognized full/part professional qualification such as AAT, CASL, ACCA or CIMA will be a definite advantage.
• Around 2 years of experience in a reputed mercantile establishment in similar capacity.
• Competency in working with MS Office package, especially handling Excel functions for data analysis.
• Effective Interpersonal skills and effective communication skills in English (competency in Tamil is an added advantage).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and must be a well-organized team player.
• Willing to travel outstation and work long hours as and when required.
