Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/ Business Management / Administration or equivalent.
• Partly / Fully qualification in a professional body like CIPM is essential.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in handling all HR activities.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Flexibility in working hours on a need basis to be able to achieve tied deadlines.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Be proficient in MS Office packages.
• Possess a good command of English and a positive approach towards working as a team.
• Preferred for candidates who can be immediately recruited.
• Male and near to Horana area candidates are preferred.
