Join our dynamic Silueta team at MAS as an Executive – Human Resources and support in delivering HR excellence through data-driven insights and efficient people processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Support payroll administration.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics.
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while supporting audit readiness and HR governance standards.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- A Degree in Mathematics or Statistics is an added advantage.
- Possess 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous exposure to Employee Relations is an added advantage.
