Role Summary
Join our dynamic Silueta team at MAS as an Executive – Human Resources and support in delivering HR excellence through data-driven insights and efficient people processes. In this role, you will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate HR records and databases, and support payroll administration. You will monitor and analyze HR metrics, develop dashboards and reports, provide meaningful insights to support business decisions, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements while supporting audit readiness and HR governance standards.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Hold a Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- A Degree in Mathematics or Statistics will be an added advantage.
- Possess 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Previous exposure to Employee Relations is an added advantage.
