RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the HR Manager in the recruitment & selection process
• Filling positions within an organization
• Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
• Developing own network of suitable candidates
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently
• Drafting and posting job descriptions
• Networking with various institutions and social media
• Preparing, maintaining and updating personal files accurately
• Handling of administration and record-keeping

REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years experience
• Should be at least partly qualified in Human Resources Management
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
