HR Lead

Role Summary

Estilo Apparel (Pvt) Ltd, a leading garment manufacturing company located in Hanguranketha, is seeking an experienced and capable Human Resource Manager to join our management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee employee attendance, leave, and personnel records
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and performance-management systems
• Coordinate employee training, welfare and engagement initiatives
• Maintain positive relationships between employees and factory management
• Prepare HR reports and advise management on workforce planning and HR-related matters

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or HR certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Apparel Industry
• Demonstrated success in reducing absenteeism and employee turnover
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple locations effectively and build strong relationships with teams

Salary/Benefits

• Monthly salary of up to LKR 180,000, depending on qualifications and experience
