Role Summary

Browns Hotels & Resorts is the leisure arm of the iconic Browns Group, a Sri Lankan conglomerate with a legacy of over 150 years. We are seeking a Management Trainee - Human Resources to join our team.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource from a recognized University, or CIPM qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Recent graduate or final-year undergraduate with a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on professional challenges.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Previous internship experience and exposure to HR functions will be considered an added advantage.
