HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
As a key member of the management team, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the Group's HR function and driving people-focused strategies that support business growth and organizational excellence.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial HR capacity.
- Proven experience in HRMS Systems & Payroll Management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation and HR best practices.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and organizational planning will be an added advantage.
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
Key Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Sri Lankan labour legislation and HR best practices HRMS Systems & payroll Management.
- Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
