Executive - Human Resources Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related letters and documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
  • Coordinate and administer employee attendance, leave management, and other HR operational processes.
  • Support payroll by ensuring accurate employee information, attendance, leave, and other payroll inputs are submitted on time.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal HR procedures.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and internal HR events.
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and employee-related analytics for management.
  • Support performance management activities, including probation reviews and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain employee training records.
  • Work closely with department managers to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
  • Assist in HR audits and ensure all employee documentation is audit-ready.
  • Perform other HR operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a BPO/outsourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling payroll inputs, attendance, and leave administration will be an advantage.
  • Experience using HRIS or HR management systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
