Role Summary

Sisalu Fashions (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturer dedicated to high-quality children's garments for the European market. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Compliance and Product Safety Department.

Location

Medirigiriya, Polonnaruwa District.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR & compliance within the apparel industry.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws.
• Good understanding of compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and buyer Code of Conduct requirements.
• Coordinate and prepare for customer audits.
• Maintain relevant compliance documentation.
• Monitor health & safety standards and factory compliance practice.
• Conduct internal compliance audits and follow up on corrective action.
• Liaise with government authorities and external auditors when required.
• Conduct awareness and compliance training programs for employees.
