Human Resources Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a full-time, on-site HR Executive to join our Company. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day human resource operations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, and supporting employee engagement and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Employee Records - Update and manage personnel files, HR databases, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support Recruitment Processes - Assist with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
• Facilitate Onboarding & Offboarding - Help organize orientation programs, prepare onboarding materials, and manage exit procedures for departing employees.
• Assist with HR Administration - Handle day-to-day HR tasks such as leave tracking, attendance records, and preparation of HR-related reports.
• Ensure Policy Compliance & Employee Support - Support the implementation of HR policies, respond to employee inquiries, and help ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field is typically required.
• 2 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support is often preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good command of Tamil, English & Sinhala (spoken and written) is usually required.
• Age Requirement Preferred between 25-30 years.
• Candidates residing in or near the Negombo area are strongly preferred for ease of commuting.
