Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and Prepare HR related documents, employment contracts and attendance
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Will follow and execute any other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience more than 3 years in similar capacity in a hotel in Sri Lanka
• Qualified with relevant degree and understands the Sri Lankan Labor Law thoroughly
• All-rounder individual
• Candidates must have minimum of three years' or more work experience in a resort or 3 & 4 star graded hotels in Sri Lanka
