Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma Course or Professional qualification from a recognized institution.
• At least 05 - 10 years' work experience in a similar capacity in the garment manufacturing industry.
• Should be a team player with leadership skills and must be a self-motivated team player.
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Laws and regulation with the latest update is a must.
• Proficiency in MS Office package, Email & sound knowledge in excellent.
• Good communication skills in English and decision making abilities.
• Be proactive, assertive and forward thinking & Excellent time management.
• Aged between 30 - 40 years.

Location

Candidates from close proximity to Wadduwa, Panadura, Bandaragama, Horana, and Moratuwa area are given priority for short list.
