A part of the Bio Grow Lanka Group, a leading producer of coir based growing substrate in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a young, innovative, talented individual with a pleasant attitude for the position of HR Executive at our Puttalam Factory.

Vacancy for HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the factory workforce, including recruitment & onboarding process.
• Handle statutory payments on time and process information for the labor department and other legal requirements.
• Prepare & submit statutory reports (Payroll & EPF / ETF).
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
• Support performance management process, including appraisals.
• Manage absenteeism and labor turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Procedures & Labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and HRIS system.
• Minimum 03+ year of experience in human resources Management.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and Regulations & HR best practices.
• Candidates around the Puttalam & Chilaw area are encouraged to apply.
