HR EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
• Support payroll, EPF/ETF and other HR administration
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and HR inquiries
• Assist with training, performance management and HR policy implementation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Sri Lanka labour requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification; Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or related field will be an added advantage
• 1-2 years' experience in HR or a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
