• Optimize Team Management & Performance
• Enhance Employee Development & Retention
• Coordinate with Gov't Bureaus (HR & Admin)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proficient in Labor Laws & SME HR
• Strong Communication & Empathy
• Independent Problem Solver
• Working knowledge of high-turnover field teams
• Language Skills: English (Mandatory), Sinhala (Required), Tamil (Advantage)
