HR Intern – HRIS & HR Operations

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Human Resources operations? Join our HR team and be part of an exciting HRIS implementation project while gaining practical exposure to day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HRIS implementation and configuration.
• Support data migration and record updating.
• Participate in testing, data validation and troubleshooting HRIS-related issues.
• Maintain employee records and databases.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave administration, recruitment, onboarding and documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and data analysis as required.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team.

Candidate Profile

• Currently studying or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, IT or a related field.
• Interest in HRIS and HR technology.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• CIPM studies will be an added advantage.
