Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Assist in maintaining HR/operational records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and workplace improvement projects.

Requirements/Qualifications

• A fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate in HR or Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Independent and works with minimum supervision.
• Good in MS Excel, other MS applications, and Power BI.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
