Key Responsibilities

Implementing and sustaining effective Human Resource strategies, policies and procedures in order to ensure recruitment, retention, motivation and performance of staff at all levels thereby supporting the business objectives. Providing administrative support for the effective functioning of the Human Resources and Administrative Department in order to fulfill the HR goals and the organizations objectives.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience in a managerial position.
• Age: Between 28–40.
• Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise: Proven experience in performance management, talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
