Requirements

• Age Below 45
• Prefer Male Candidates
• Degree in Human Resource Management (MBA will be an advantage)
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Managerial level (FMCG, Food & Beverages or Manufacturing)
• Minimum of 10+ years Human Resource Management experience in Manufacturing/FMCG/Food & Beverages sector
• Fluent in 2 languages (Sinhala & English)
• Experience in MS Word & Excel
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with multi-tasking ability

Salary/Benefits

• Salary: 300K-350K (Negotiable)
