Role Summary: We, Royal Pharmacy Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, EPF, ETF, ATIP, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare HR and management reports.
• Support Group HR activities and ensure labour law compliance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Based in or near Kandy (workplace: Katugastota).
• Degree, Diploma, or professional qualification in HR; CQHRM/PQHRM preferred.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Proficiency in English and Sinhala/Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, supporting head office, branches, and outlets.

Salary/Benefits:
