We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our people strategy and be a key part of our next growth chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, programs and practices that support business objectives.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters, including factory labour.
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Work closely with management and provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve retention, engagement and workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized university or institution.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure in a manufacturing environment (industrial relations experience is an advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP and HR Payroll systems.
