Role Summary

The Oasis Hambantota is seeking a suitable individual to join our successful team as an HR Executive.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience of more than 3 years in a similar capacity in a hotel in Sri Lanka.
• Minimum of three years or more work experience in a resort hotel or 3 & 4 star graded hotels in Sri Lanka.
• Qualified with a relevant degree.
• Thorough understanding of Sri Lankan Labor Law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• All-rounder individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare HR-related documents, employment contracts, and attendance support for the management.
• Follow and execute any other tasks assigned by the management.
