Role Summary

The Human Resource Executive is responsible for assisting management with all HR-related functions and tasks, including manpower planning, preparing appointment letters, onboarding new staff, and managing salary-related documents.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, business administration, or any other related field from a university or institute recognized by the University Grants Commission with a minimum of 01 year of experience in the relevant field.
• OR
• Higher National Diploma in human resource management, business management, business administration, or any other related field from a university or institute recognized by the University Grants Commission with a minimum of 02 years of experience in the relevant field.
