HR Executive at Nikado Company (Pvt) Ltd

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in HRM from a UGC recognized organization.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in a reputed manufacturing organization as an HRM would be an added advantage.
• Overall knowledge in HR functions including sourcing, recruitment, training & development, performance management, and compensation.
• Experience in preparing/administering payrolls, EPF/ETFs, and staff performance evaluations.
• Ability to maintain personal files, attendance records, and update leave records.
• Experience in handling disciplinary needs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Experience in audits and legal compliance with Labor Department related functions.
• Ability to attend to all other daily HR functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Fluency in MS Office packages.
