Role Summary

Integrity, a well-established & highly progressive group having Colombo based operations, is seeking an HR Executive for immediate recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

The person will be responsible for all HR functions including:

• Recruitment & Selection
• Induction and Orientation
• Training & Development
• Compensation Management
• Career Planning
• Grievance Handling
• General Administrative matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Professional qualification in HR or Business Management from a recognized university or institute.
• Knowledgeable on HR related matters.
• At-least 3 years of hard-core HR experience in a local organization.
• Ability to handle HR matters as per the guidance provided by senior management.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English & Sinhala languages.
• Below 40 years of age.
