HR Executive - Manpower (Construction)

Requirements

• Male candidate preferred
• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR or manpower recruitment, preferably in the construction industry
• Experience in recruiting and handling skilled, semi-skilled, and general Labour for construction sites
• Ability to travel to different locations to source and mobilize manpower
• Strong communication, negotiation, and employee handling skills
• Good knowledge of labor laws and workforce management
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit construction workers, including skilled, semi-skilled, and general labor
• Visit labor locations and other recruitment sources to identify and mobilize manpower
• Coordinate manpower deployment to construction sites as per project
• Maintain attendance, labor records, and manpower reports
• Handle worker grievances, discipline, and day-to-day workforce management
• Coordinate with Site Managers and Project Managers regarding manpower requirements
• Ensure timely availability of labor to meet project schedules
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
