Engineering Technician - HVAC / BMS

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance for HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Maintain Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV Systems, Split AC Units, Package Units, and Exhaust Systems, including Ventilation Equipment.
- Manage BMS System according to GMP standards, monitoring parameters such as Temperature, Humidity, Pressure Differentials, and Airflow Parameters.
- Perform Troubleshooting and Repair for Refrigeration Circuits, Compressors, Evaporators, Condensers, Expansion Valves, and Refrigerant Systems.
- Conduct Electrical Maintenance and Electrical Troubleshooting for HVAC systems.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Knowledge of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.
- NVQ Level 4 qualification in the relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of PLC Programming and VFD Programming (Troubleshooting).
